Late Night Smoothie Snack

Tonight’s smoothie was a blend of almond milk, peaches, a spoonful of PB, a spoonful of plain yogurt, protein powder and of course, spinach.  This one actually tasted very similar to the others, but I think I would have rather had it without the peanut butter.

And finally, I’m leaving you with a simple statement.  Commit To Be Fit.

Hi – I’m enjoying your green smoothie series… I’m a smoothie newbie. :-) What’s the easiest/quickest/non-messiest method for making smoothies? I have a blender and a food processor, but I’m wondering if there are other gadgets out there that will work better. Thanks!

Hi Kathy! Thanks so much for reading a welcome to the fabulous world of smoothies! I use a Ninja brand blender which works great for me. It’s so much easier to clean than the traditional blender. The motor actually sits on top of the pitcher so you don’t have those blades to try to clean around. Hope this helps!
