The More I Run is now offering to women ages 18 and older, a 12 week, online, one on one health coaching program that will help you assess your health concerns and make physical and behavioral changes to lose weight and improve your overall health! This Health Coaching Program identifies obstacles, utilizes goal setting and provides custom planning based on your individual needs.

I want to help you transform your years of dieting and ups and downs into a lifetime of health!

The 12 week Health Coaching Program includes:

-A personal assessment.
-A Detox plan and why it’s important to your health.
-A Food List guide including healthy proteins, carbs, fruits and vegetables to add to your daily diet.
-Suggested meal plans.
-Weekly email correspondence to discuss accountability, discuss setbacks, offer feedback, and a Q&A time.
-Information on supplementation to enhance and boost your weight loss.
-Grocery Store shopping tips and healthy kitchen basics.
-Learn how to read a Food Label.
-Restaurant Guide-Learn how to make healthy choices while dining out.
-Stress and weight gain.
-A weekly workout schedule.
-Reaching a Plateau and busting through it.
-Weekly devotions and encouragement by Samantha to inspire and motivate you.
-and more!

Sure, there are other online programs available, but this 12 week course will provide you with one on one consulting and a PERSONAL commitment by me to help you get healthier!  

Don’t have time to commit to a full 12 weeks?  Samantha also offers a more condensed 4 week Jump Start program to help you assess problem areas, set goals and equip you in beginning your own journey to health.

The 4 week health coaching program includes:
