Today’s lunch celebrated all things green! I reverted back to my original smoothie recipe of soy milk, 1 banana, a handful of spinach and 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I’m a creature of habit) and I gotta admit, it’s my favorite. I did, however, add an extra special ingredient today that made it taste even better.

Celebrating Fall with pumpkin! I luvvv Fall weather, cooler mornings and cool days. There’s nothing better than open windows and fresh air breezing through the house. And because I’m in the Fall mood, I’m adding pumpkin to some of my favorite foods today.
