I’m Home from our Alaska Vacation!

Words cannot begin to describe the sights we saw and experience we had during our Alaska vacation. Six of us–my fam of four and each respective boy/girlfriend– flew to Anchorage then rented an RV for which to reside for 10 days! I’ve found that when I pack and plan for healthy snacking and eating, then a couple of indulgences along the way won’t make me feel guilty or make me feel like I’ve blown it! Beach Week Part 2-Celebrating our Wedding Anniversary

Most couples celebrate their anniversary doing something romantic like a candlelight dinner or date night with a movie or even a fancy getaway. But Clark and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary by going on a hike!
