We ran 1 1/2 miles along the shoreline, barefoot and with calves burning…and it was oh so good!

I’ve found that when I pack and plan for healthy snacking and eating, then a couple of indulgences along the way won’t make me feel guilty or make me feel like I’ve blown it! Beachside Bodyweight Workout

A bodyweight only workout you can really do anywhere…beachside is just more fun! Typically I’d rather use dumbbells in my workouts, but after finishing this bodyweight only workout, I was totally convinced that I got just as good of a workout without using my weights!
